About the role: Full-time, permanent, hybrid role- based out of our Adelaide, Brisbane or Toowoomba Head Offices. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Delivery Analyst- Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) to join our Operations Delivery team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering strategic initiatives that support the organisation’s compliance with APS 910 Financial Claims Scheme requirements, while also contributing to broader operations transformation activities. This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to work across project delivery, business analysis, and change management to support key initiatives across the Operations division. You’ll be responsible for delivering components of the Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) program of work, supporting the organisation’s ability to test and demonstrate operational readiness, while also contributing to migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to governance frameworks, and support strong risk and compliance outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of initiatives aligned to APS 910 Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) requirements Managing and delivering assigned initiatives across business analysis, project delivery, and change activities Monitoring and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders Supporting FCS testing activities and operational readiness across core banking platforms Facilitating workshops to define scope, requirements, and business processes Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across initiatives Contributing to process integration, migration activities, and continuous improvement Ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across all work About you: You’re a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working across complex initiatives and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will bring: Experience in project delivery, business analysis, or change management (ideally 2 years) Exposure to financial services, banking operations, or risk and governance environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions Experience working with regulatory or compliance frameworks (APS 910 or similar highly regarded) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify efficiencies Why you’ll love working with us: People First Bank – our new brand – says exactly what we’re all about: people.
