The team at Flexiforce are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver / Labourer with a valid LF Forklift Licence for an established company based in Goulburn. If you have solid forklift experience and are happy to assist with labouring duties, we would love to hear from you This role will involve a combination of forklift operation and general labouring duties, including the handling of fragile goods. We are looking for a sensible, patient, and level headed individual who shows respect for company equipment, products, and safety procedures. Duties include (but are not limited to): Safe and efficient operation of forklifts Loading and unloading products Manual handling and general labouring tasks Moving materials throughout the warehouse and worksite Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working both independently and as part of a team Adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety requirements To be successful, you must have: A valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) Proven experience operating forklifts Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or labouring environment Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties Strong attention to detail and good time management skills Ability to work unsupervised and within a team A flexible, adaptable, and positive “can do” attitude A strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices Reliability is a MUST.
