The team at Flexiforce are searching for an experienced and skilled Brake Press Machine Operator for our Manufacturing company in Goulburn. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of machinery. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Plan machining by reading & interpreting work orders, blueprints, design models and plans Programming and maintaining machinery equipment Performing pre-operation assessments & trouble shooting processes to ensure proper functioning of machinery Inspecting machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Configuration and operation of machinery according to standards of procedures Calibrating & adjusting settings to operational standards Observing the machine’s operations and checking product output for quality Communicating with colleagues about production processes to maximise efficiency Performing minor repairs and consulting with technicians for more significant repair needs Adhering to safety procedures and WH&S regulations. To be successful for this position, you must have: Prior experience as a Brake Press Machine Operator Capability of reading and interpreting blueprints & plans Great work ethic A level head & positive mindset A keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills Strong communication skills Ability to work alone or within a team Reliability is a MUST!
