Who we are looking for We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Coordinator who is passionate about amplifying lived experience and driving meaningful community impact. You will bring strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support, empower and develop volunteer speakers in a safe and inclusive environment. To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor’s degree (AQF Level 7) in Social Sciences, Education, or Health. Experience working with people with lived experience and/or peer work. Significant experience in the coordination of a program. Experience working with in the community services industry. It would be a bonus if you have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the equivalent experience. What you will be doing The Coordinator, Volunteer Speaker Program provides training and support to people with lived experience of gambling harm, who wish to share their experience of gambling and pathways to recovery as part of The Lived Experience in Gambling Harm (LEIGH) Program. Volunteer Speakers contribute to increasing community awareness and understanding as well as contribute to research, policy, planning and service delivery. Through the program, the Coordinator creates and promotes opportunities for volunteers to participate in a variety of ways that fit with their areas of strength and interest.
