We are seeking a Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to join our team on a full-time maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the engine room for our digital growth, specifically managing our Shopify storefront and Klaviyo ecosystem to deliver value directly to our customers’ pockets and paddocks. Your Impact in the Role: E-commerce Management: Take ownership of the Shopify platform - optimising the user journey, managing online offers and ensuring our online store reflects our commitment to straightforward, reliable service. Klaviyo Mastery: Lead our email and SMS comms. You won't just "send emails"; you’ll build automated flows, segment audiences, and deliver trusted market updates that tell farmers when to buy (and when to wait). Content & Social Media: Create engaging, down to eartch content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube that resonates with farming communities. Campaign Execution: Work with the Sales team to launch digital campaigns that drive online and in-store traffic, reporting on ROI and conversion metrics. Brand & Collateral: Use Canva/Adobe to design professional graphics for flyers, newsletters, and digital assets. Events & Connection: Assist in planning field days and customer events. We’re independent and local, so getting out to meet the farmers is part of our DNA. About You: You’re as comfortable with Shopify, Klaviyo and Canva as you are at a farm gate. We need someone who does what they say they’ll do, speaks the language of the land, and believes technology should serve the person using it – not the other way around." Ideally, you’ll have: Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, app integrations, and general site maintenance). Proven experience with Klaviyo (flows, list segmentation, and campaign reporting). A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications. A sound understanding of Ehrenberg-Bass principles (we value marketing science over guesswork). The ability to work autonomously - we’re a fast-moving independent business, so we value "get up and go." Excellent attention to detail (because the details matter in marketing). A genuine connection to, or understanding of, regional Australian communities.
