ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist role managing a diverse portfolio of hires, spanning both corporate functions and a strong focus on technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to source, attract and secure top talent. From building tech pipelines to delivering seamless candidate experiences, you’ll play a key role in driving hiring outcomes and supporting ongoing TA initiatives. DUTIES Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements across tech and corporate roles Source and engage top technology and corporate talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and selection processes Manage agency relationships and external vendor engagement Build and maintain talent pipelines for both technical and business roles Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation and SLAs Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience Maintain accurate data in ATS and provide recruitment reporting Identify and drive process improvements and TA initiatives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment Proven experience recruiting for technology roles (essential) alongside corporate hiring Strong end-to-end recruitment delivery in fast-paced environments Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with ATS platforms (Workday highly desirable) Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field (desirable) OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
