The Role This is a high-impact Finance Business Partner role within a leading industrial construction business, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of project financials and partner closely with operational teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving profitability and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple projects. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will move beyond reporting into true business partnering and value-add analysis. What You’ll Do • Manage end-to-end financials across multiple construction projects (project P&L ownership) • Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes • Deliver monthly project reporting, including WIP, cost-to-complete and revenue recognition • Partner with Project Managers and operational teams to drive cost control and performance • Present financial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders • Support business development through financial modelling and tender support • Assist with financial reporting, audit and compliance requirements • Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies across finance and project reporting What We’re Looking For • CA / CPA qualified • Experience in project accounting, construction or infrastructure (highly regarded) • Alternatively, a Big 4 or mid-tier background looking to move into a commercial role • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis • Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen Why You’ll Love It This is an opportunity to step into a true Finance Business Partner role where you’ll have ownership, visibility and the ability to make a real impact.
