About the role Reporting to the Program Director – HR Improvement, the new HR Improvement Lead will support the design and delivery of HR improvement initiatives, aligned to the agreed future state People Operating Model in support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation program. Partnering closely with People & Culture teams and the wider business, the role will support the transition to a fit‑for‑purpose HR operating model, system‑enabled service delivery framework, and future‑state HR processes. You’ll be accountable for executing a pre-workday roadmap, with initiatives to ensure the service delivery model is ready for Workday, ensuring HR processes, services, and ways of working align with best practice and support a modern, system‑driven environment, while building strong stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation. About you To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following key selection criteria within their application, as this forms part of our merit-based recruitment process: Must have 5 years’ experience leading enterprise-wide, HR service delivery model transformation programs of work. Deep and broad experience successfully working in HR roles. Proven experience successfully working on HR system implementations and associated HR transformation programs. Demonstrably high-level leadership skills and ability to bring stakeholders along for the journey. Established stakeholder engagement skills with various groups ranging in seniority and skillsets. Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields (highly desirable). Salary for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
