Your Company We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to step into a busy, compliance‑heavy temporary assignment within a national organisation. This is a 4‑month temporary role, working full‑time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm) with a hybrid arrangement (office‑based Tuesday and Thursday). This fast‑paced, operational position will suit someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Your Role You will support the Talent team during a peak leave and transition period, assisting with resource coordination, pre‑employment checks, contracts and candidate onboarding across a high volume of roles nationally. The focus of this role is execution, accuracy and follow‑through, rather than strategic recruitment. Key Responsibilities Coordinating interview bookings and managing candidate availability Triggering and managing reference checks and employment documentation Preparing, issuing and tracking employment contracts Initiating onboarding through a centralised onboarding system Conducting candidate welcome calls and guiding candidates through onboarding requirements Monitoring completion of compliance tasks, including police checks, vaccinations and employment documentation Liaising with internal stakeholders to validate and progress onboarding steps Reviewing and quality‑checking onboarding tasks as they are completed Managing multiple candidate workflows while meeting tight deadlines Providing updates, escalation and troubleshooting support as required Roles will span a broad mix, including registered health professionals, allied health, corporate services and support roles.
