Job Description Support employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant roles. Maintain HRIS data, employee files, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Coordinate training, including safety and mandatory certifications. Support performance reviews, payroll queries, and job evaluations. Partner with HSE teams on safety culture, RTW cases, and wellbeing. Monitor attendance and support improvement actions. Assist with HR projects and process improvements across the site. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2 years HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards/EAs, and HR best practices. Experience supporting shift-based, unionised, or high-volume hourly workforce (highly desirable). Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
