YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced Receiving / Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all receiving, put-away and related inbound operations across both Bunzl and Atlas. This role is critical to keeping product moving safely and accurately, with strong oversight of labour planning, inbound processing, inventory integrity, and cross-team communication. You will also provide direct oversight of the Atlas picking team, ensuring workload management, accuracy and productivity meet operational expectations. You will be responsible for: Coordinating daily receiving and put-away activities to meet inbound timelines and accuracy targets Supervising receiving teams, including container unloading and labour allocation Ensuring inbound goods are inspected, receipted and put away correctly against pre-receiving reports Managing goods inwards dockets (processed, stamped and routed for costing) within required timeframes ABOUT YOU To be successful, you will bring: Proven warehouse leadership experience in receiving/inbound operations (supervisor/2IC level ideal) Current forklift licence with strong practical operating capability Sound RF scanning and warehouse systems capability (S21 ERP experience preferred) Confident working knowledge of Excel and basic data integrity disciplines Strong understanding of stock control fundamentals: accuracy, shrinkage prevention, batch/expiry control, FIFO Exposure to dangerous goods / hazardous goods storage and handling requirements (or willingness to learn fast) Working knowledge of HACCP compliance and reporting in a warehouse context (advantageous) High standards in safety, housekeeping and SOP adherence OUR BENEFITS A leadership role with real operational ownership and visibility Structured onboarding, SOPs and a safety-first operating environment Training and development pathways into Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager level roles Opportunity to work across two operational streams (Bunzl Atlas) with varied scope Supportive team culture with high standards and clear expectations WE BELIEVE Safety and accountability are non-negotiable Strong processes create strong outcomes Leaders set the standard—every shift, every dock, every pallet Continuous improvement is part of the job, not a side project WE WELCOME ALL We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone is respected, supported and able to do their best work.
