We are partnering with a well-established and growing national business to appoint a QLD Distribution Centre Manager to lead a high-volume, high-SKU warehouse operation. This is a key leadership role reporting directly into senior leadership, with full accountability for site performance, team leadership, and operational excellence across a multi-site operation. This role will suit a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering best-in-class service outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a large warehouse team, fostering a strong safety and performance culture Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, pick/pack and dispatch Drive operational efficiency, KPI performance, and cost control across the site Ensure best practice WHS compliance and a strong safety-first environment Optimise warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve productivity and accuracy Manage inventory integrity, stock control, and service delivery to customers Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and support growth About You: Proven experience leading high-volume, pick/pack distribution centre operations Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage, coach and develop teams Sound understanding of WHS, transport, and warehouse best practice Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and driving performance outcomes Systems savvy (WMS exposure such as Pronto or similar advantageous) Resilient, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer: Opportunity to lead a critical distribution operation within a growing organisation Strong leadership visibility with direct access to senior stakeholders A role with genuine scope to drive change, uplift performance and influence culture Competitive salary package aligned to experience For a confidential discussion, please reach out directly.
