The Role Due to growth of our Melbourne Commercial Disputes team, we are seeking a dedicated and exceptional Lawyer with between 2-3 years’ PQE to join the team on a full-time basis. Your key responsibilities will include: Working on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, with an emphasis ion property and construction matters Drafting pleadings, correspondence, evidence, and advice Conducting legal research and preparing recommendations Assisting with mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances Work collaboratively with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters Who We Are Looking For You’ll be a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with: Between 2-3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
