About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Melbourne office on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will work closely with highly respected partner, Natashia Ackroyd, and a friendly and collaborative team on a diverse range of complex property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who thrives on responsibility, autonomy, and meaningful client engagement. What You’ll Be Working On Commercial real estate transactions including site acquisition, disposal and property development Commercial and industrial leasing Advising institutional landlords on retail leasing matters for major tenants Advising developers, corporate clients, government bodies, and institutional landowners Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to practice growth About you You will be a confident, commercially minded property lawyer with: 6-7 years PAE in property law within private practice Demonstrated experience running large-scale real estate transactions and property development work, experience in commercial, industrial and retail leasing and experience working for institutional real estate funds Strong drafting and negotiation skills A proactive, client‑focused approach Ability to work autonomously while supporting a close-knit team Interest in contributing to business development initiatives Part-time availability (e.g. 3 or 4 days per week) is essential with flexibility around the structure of hours.
