As a Senior Commercial Analyst within Queensland Treasury's Commercial Project Advisory team, you will provide expert financial, commercial and policy advice to support the delivery of social, affordable, and private housing projects. Your work will contribute to creating value for money outcomes for Queenslanders while navigating complex commercial challenges. This role offers the chance to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including private and not-for-profit sectors, to assess project viability, manage risks and deliver innovative solutions. You will also collaborate with other government agencies to ensure coordinated project delivery across Queensland. In This Role, You Will Analyse proposals and projects to identify risks and opportunities for the Queensland Government. Support the development of innovative funding, financing, and delivery models for housing and other developments. Prepare commercial advice on project viability, risks, and delivery options, including major projects, property transactions and policy initiatives. Lead Queensland Treasury's engagement on specific housing and property projects. Identify and implement solutions to address issues arising during project delivery, ensuring alignment with the State's economic and financial objectives. Build and maintain positive relationships with Queensland Government agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
