In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be accountable for driving operational excellence, enhancing financial performance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across a high profile portfolio. Reporting directly to our Head of Retail, you'll guide an experienced team and play a critical role in shaping long term value, strategy, and performance outcomes across the account. Key Responsibilities Strategic partnership with the Owner, providing proactive advice and portfolio insights Portfolio‑wide performance, budgeting, forecasting and financial management Operational excellence across all properties - maximising income and controlling expenses Lease administration, tenant relationships, critical dates and arrears performance Facilities management, risk management, safety and compliance Onboarding and transition of new properties, including acquisitions and commissioning Leadership, coaching and development of a high‑performing PM team Qualifications & Experience Senior-level experience in commercial property management, ideally across retail, institutional or multi-site portfolios. Proven experience managing large, complex portfolios and leading multidisciplinary teams Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis Clear, confident communication and strong relationship‑building skills A strategic mindset and ability to make sound decisions in complex situations Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Licence as required.
