Package includes salary range ($149,739.00 pa to $173,174.00 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Greenacre - Minimum 3 days a week About the role: Provide high-level specialist and strategic advice and advocacy on complex planning issues and regulations to provide a sound basis for operational and organisational decisions and directions. About you: Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system, including relevant legislation, policy frameworks and statutory planning processes. Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to complex planning, policy or legislative analysis to develop evidence‑based advice and manage organisational risk. Proven ability to provide clear, high‑level written and verbal advice to senior executives and represent an organisation in committees or inter‑agency forums. Experience consulting, negotiating and influencing diverse stakeholders to resolve planning, acquisition or development issues in a constrained or risk‑averse environment. Ability to lead or contribute to strategic projects, balancing competing priorities, tight deadlines and limited resources to achieve organisational objectives.
