We have a fixed‑term opportunity for a Materials Planner to join our established Supply Chain team, supporting the delivery of our production plans by ensuring the timely replenishment of materials across our Cheese and Spreads sites. This role is offered on a fixed‑term contract through to the end of the 2026 calendar year. This position is a hybrid role working from our Docklands office (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) and from home (Wednesdays and Fridays). Responsibilities Ensure successful execution of production plan via replenishment of ingredients and packaging materials Manage inventory holdings based on a sound understanding of production requirements, contractual obligations, and available warehouse space Manage the day-to-day relationship with our manufacturing sites and suppliers and be the first point of contact for material related issues Identify opportunities for improvement and cost avoidance Building strong partnerships with our suppliers and ensuring they meet our expectations to fulfill our commitments About you Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline or experienced in a similar role Knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry preferably short shelf-life products Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, being able to facilitate change through continuous improvement activities Experience in operating effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities and bring others along the journey to best practice Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
