Site Supervisor | Sewer Infrastructure (Tier 1 Contractor) Are you a seasoned Site Supervisor with a deep background in Sewer Pump Stations (SPS) and complex sewer networks? We are currently representing a Tier 1 Contractor that has just secured a major package of works in the Logan region. They are looking for a hands-on leader to drive site operations, ensure stringent safety standards, and manage the delivery of critical wastewater infrastructure. The Role This is a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on project pipelines. You will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure the project hits its milestones on time and within budget. Location: Logan, QLD Rate: $70 - $90 per hour Super (Negotiable based on experience) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Initial 3-month contract Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations for Sewer Pump Station upgrades and network maintenance. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials. Enforce strict Tier 1 Safety & Quality standards (WHS/QA). Conduct daily pre-starts, toolboxes, and site inductions. Liaise with Project Managers to track progress against the construction schedule. Maintain accurate site diaries and progress reports. What You Need Proven Experience: Solid background in civil construction, specifically with Sewer Pump Stations and Sewer Networks. Tier 1 Exposure: Previous experience working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment is highly regarded. Leadership: A natural ability to manage crews and keep a site running. Tickets: White Card and relevant Supervisor qualifications. Local Knowledge: Experience working within Logan City Council or SEQ Water standards is a major plus. ASAP starts available!
