This full-time role is 80% office-based , with some client site visits required to build relationships and manage service expectations. What You Will Need to Succeed Solid HVAC industry knowledge (as a Service Technician, Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar) Strong organisation and customer service skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Proven ability to manage high-volume, KPI-driven workloads in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship-building and people leadership skills Success in this role means stepping away from the tools, maximising technician productivity, and driving timely resolution of customer needs.
