We’re seeking a Survey Technician to join our civil construction team based in Flagstone. This is a field-focused role (90% site / 10% office) , ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors while developing their technical skills. What You’ll Be Doing Carry out survey set-out and as-built (pick-up) using total stations and GNSS equipment Assist with data collection, processing, and site measurements Upload and manage survey data in field instruments and machine control systems Support the preparation of digital plans and models Interpret drawings and ensure site works align with design specifications Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy in all measurements Work closely with site teams to communicate survey information clearly What We’re Looking For Experience or exposure to surveying in civil construction Familiarity with survey equipment (Total Stations, GNSS, etc.) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Training provided in 12d software Professional upskilling programme to support further qualifications Clear pathway to grow into more senior surveying roles A practical, hands-on role with strong field exposure Supportive team environment with experienced mentors Requirements Current Driver’s Licence White Card (Construction Industry Induction) Relevant surveying qualification (or working towards) – desirable Why Join Us?
