Based in the Shoalhaven on the NSW South Coast, this role is responsible for efficient operations of the Discrepancy Reporting and Disposal Processes, as required by the Quality Assurance Team Lead and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include: Stock segregation and movement within the Disposals and Quality Assurance areas of the warehouse. Discrepancy Investigations and stock consolidation. Day to day management of Discrepancy Reports and disposal locations. Storage and processing of Dangerous Goods (DG), Shelf life (SL) items in discrepancy and disposal, and stock control. Correctly package for storage and shipment, and initiate and complete documentation for shipment as required. Initiate and processing of ERP Reports Signing for and reconciling deliveries, and control of delivery vehicles on site. Receiving deliveries & unloading/loading vehicles. About you: Ideally you bring experience from an aviation, Defence, or similarly structured operational environment, with exposure to products, services and suppliers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills & experience: Use of ERP software Solid knowledge and understanding of Disposal and Discrepancy Processes. Sound Experience working with Shelf Life and DG/Hazardous Substance items. Knowledge and experience in working with SDS and Chem-alert. Ability to work with minimal supervision. The ability to obtain a NV1 security clearance.
