Your responsibilities will include: Due to our increased workload and work scope, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced GSE Technicians to join our rapidly growing Reporting to the Workshops Manager your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage maintenance of machinery, tooling, support and test equipment, calibration, DG waste disposal, testing and tagging for electrical integrity. About you: You will be a safety focused tradesperson who enjoys the challenge of delivering a quality focused product to support a technically advanced platform, one time, on time, every time. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the following: Cert III Fitting and Machining Trade Knowledge of tools, tool control and calibration processes and procedures Previous experience in the coordination of assets with a strong focus on operational availability and first-time quality Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to hold and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance at a Negative Vetting One level Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
