As part of an exciting growth phase, a newly created opportunity has become available for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join the team at their Newstead headquarters. The Role: This is a first-of-its-kind position within the business, built for someone early in their career who is ready to take real ownership of a brand's voice, presence and community from day one. You will have end-to-end responsibility for social media, content creation, email marketing and brand asset production. You will work closely with the founders and be behind the lens at events, conferences and activations as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Own and manage six channels across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including both business and founder profiles. Shoot, edit and publish content that feels elevated and human. You will be the person behind the camera at HQ and at industry events. Build pre-event social campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive engagement in the lead-up to conferences and product releases. Stay ahead of platform trends and bring proactive, creative ideas to the table, including potential expansion to new channels such as TikTok. Email Marketing & CRM: Develop and manage segmented email campaigns across three distinct customer audiences, adapting tone and messaging accordingly. Work within HubSpot to build and execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency and support CRM pipeline development. Produce polished email assets, PDFs and other marketing collateral to support sales and customer success teams. Brand & Content Production: Write clear, compelling copy across blogs, email, social and internal assets, targeting three published blogs per month. Produce on-brand digital assets for campaigns, events and product launches using tools including Canva and CapCut. Work closely with the founders to bring their perspectives and stories to life through written and video content. About You: You are a creative, energetic communicator who genuinely cares about content. You are organised and deadline-driven, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to grow in an environment where your work is visible and your ideas are welcomed. You will likely demonstrate: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, design or a related field. Previous experience in content, social media or communications, including internships or freelance work. Strong written communication skills and a natural feel for language and brand voice. Confidence across major social media platforms and an understanding of what drives performance. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva and CapCut. Figma is a bonus.
