As part of a regional marketing team, The Marketing Coordinator plays a key part in supporting product strategies, customer engagement, and brand positioning across Mammoth Equipment and Ecoblue. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, product teams, sales stakeholders, and external creative partners, you will contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality marketing outputs across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination & Execution Coordinate and support delivery of marketing activities, ensuring timelines and approvals are met Assist in implementing marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders Maintain project tracking systems (e.g. Asana) and ensure visibility of deliverables Ensure all outputs align with brand and corporate standards Content & Marketing Materials Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, and website content Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and SMEs to translate technical information into clear marketing content Maintain structured libraries of marketing assets and templates Campaign & Channel Support Support execution of campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events Assist with product launch materials and customer engagement initiatives Manage and maintain customer portals and content distribution platforms Events & Customer Engagement Coordinate trade shows, site activations, industry events, and exhibitions Manage logistics including travel, venues, registrations, and branded materials Support on-site delivery where required Track event outcomes, leads, and follow-up activities Maintain event templates and improve delivery processes Commercial & Operational Support Track marketing activity and support reporting on performance Assist in gathering insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes About You: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or support role Experience in industrial, mining, transport, agriculture, construction, or engineering sectors (highly regarded) Exposure to CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) Experience using project management tools such as Asana Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with SharePoint or digital asset management systems (desirable) Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach If you feel that you match our current criteria and you are motivated to join a globally recognised business, please click APPLY and submit an updated CV to us today.
