JOB DESCRIPTION Love bringing big ideas to life? Want to work on projects that shape one of Australia’s most iconic breweries? We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join the Engineering team at Tooheys Brewery, delivering capital projects that improve how we brew, package and deliver our beers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage projects safely, on time and within budget, while partnering with teams across Brewing, Packaging and Engineering to drive site improvements. Working on a diverse range of impactful projects - this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their project leadership capability and engineering career. What you’ll be doing Leading end-to-end delivery of capital projects across brewing and packaging operations Supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by delivering equipment and process capability to the site Delivering projects aligned to Lion’s capital project standards and engineering practices Managing contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes Ensuring all projects meet legislative, safety and engineering standards What we’re looking for A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or similar) Project management experience delivering capital projects in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align teams The ability to manage multiple projects while keeping safety, quality and timelines front of mind A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results If you’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys delivering projects and working with great people, we’d love to hear from you.
