The Role Own the entire data function : strategy, roadmap, and team Build, lead, and scale a multidisciplinary team , setting priorities, ways of working, and raising the bar on impact Partner with leadership across Growth, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to answer critical business questions: Where to invest for the next growth phase How to optimise marketing, pricing, and customer lifecycle How to improve operational efficiency and margin How to embed data into every decision What You’ll Be Doing Lead & scale the data function : Coach and mentor a high performing Data team - attracting exceptional talent, setting expectations & objectives, and managing performance & development Own data strategy & roadmap : align initiatives to key business priorities Drive impact across the business : Growth & Marketing: performance, attribution, budget optimisation Operations: efficiency, automation, cost optimisation Product & Customer: lifecycle, retention, engagement Finance: reporting, forecasting, commercial insights Build a data-led culture : improve accessibility, literacy, and self-serve capabilities Stay hands-on where it matters : SQL, data models, problem-solving, and scalable data foundations What We’re Looking For Proven Data & Analytics leader (min 5 years) of multidisciplinary data teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments Deep understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle (ingestion → insight → impact) Track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes - particularly across Customer, Growth, Marketing, Ops, Finance Metrics Experience in consumer, subscription, DTC, eCommerce, or product-led businesses Operates at strategy and execution levels , with strong stakeholder influence Comfortable in ambiguity—brings structure, clarity, and direction Hands-on problem-solving with the team: SQL, data modeling, and modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake, Looker, Omni etc.) Interested?
