Role: As a Salesforce Developer Lead, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions that bring business goals to life. You will lead technical design discussions, mentor developers, and ensure that all Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to best practices. This role blends hands-on Salesforce solutioning, development encompassing devops to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery through strong engineering and release practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys remaining hands-on, and wants to play a key role in driving both technical excellence and DevOps maturity within a multidisciplinary consulting environment. You will: Lead end-to-end design and development across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Collaborate with Architects, Functional Consultants, and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions Drive CI/CD strategy, release governance, and environment management Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar Lead release planning and deployments across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) Drive automation across build, testing, and release processes Balance hands-on development with oversight of delivery pipelines Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uplift team capability Troubleshoot complex development, integration, and deployment issues You will have: 5 years Salesforce development experience, with leadership and mentorship exposure Salesforce solution design and low-level architecture Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Omni studios, integrations, and data modelling Experience across Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and Git-based version control Exposure to tools such as Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar Understanding of release management, environment strategy, and deployment best practices Experience in consulting or complex client-facing environments advantageous Strong Agile delivery experience Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Architect, OmniStudio) are highly regarded Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Clearance advantageous)
