Your opportunity Within Technology, the Product & Solution Delivery team designs, builds and evolves digital products and platforms that support enterprise operations and customer experience. Your role as a Business Analyst – Digital Technology is to support the delivery of digital products and technology initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, insights and solution approaches. Day to day, your main responsibilities will include: Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements. Facilitate discussions that help teams understand problems and define practical solutions. Map processes and identify opportunities to improve systems and ways of working. Develop user stories, documentation and analysis that support product and engineering delivery. Evaluate whether delivered solutions meet business requirements and intended outcomes This role is a fixed term contract opportunity for 6 months.
