Skyworld delivers integrated construction solutions across commercial projects, including fencing, skylights, roof safety systems, balustrades, glazing, and architectural metal and façade detailing. The work involves multiple scopes on active sites, often at height, and requires supervisors who can coordinate trades, read plans properly and keep work moving without constant direction. IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Skyworld to find a supervisor who can take ownership of site delivery and manage day-to-day operations on site. The role: This is a hands-on (on tools) site supervisor role working across commercial projects in Adelaide. You will run small teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure work across multiple scopes is delivered safely, correctly and on programme. You will be dealing directly with builders, project managers and other trades. The role suits someone who understands construction sequencing and can manage both people and practical site issues. What you'll be doing: Running site teams of 2–10 across active commercial projects Interpreting plans and shop drawings across multiple scopes Coordinating installation of systems including roofing, skylights, safety systems and metalwork Sequencing work with other trades and maintaining site flow Communicating directly with builders and project teams Managing site safety, particularly working at heights Identifying and resolving issues early to avoid delays or rework Maintaining quality and ensuring installations meet specification We need someone who can: Take ownership of site outcomes and follow issues through to completion Lead small teams and hold standards on safety, quality and productivity Read and interpret drawings without relying on others Communicate clearly with builders, trades and internal teams Understand how poor coordination impacts time and cost Stay effective under pressure and keep work moving Holds a valid white card, drivers licence and working at heights, EWP (preferred but not essential) Backgrounds that suit this role: Carpenter or roofing background, or roof safety Experience on commercial construction projects Experience running teams or acting as a leading hand or supervisor How do apply: If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
