About the Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure the safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality delivery of projects. About You: We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who genuinely cares about their team and can motivate them to deliver exceptional results. You will also bring: Experience managing Tier 1 & 2 commercial projects A strong understanding of project management within the construction industry. A building-related degree, diploma, or trade background. Excellent financial acumen and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Knowledge of specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildability. An understanding of EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality) principles.
