Calling all Production Managers in Food/FMCG Manufacturing Join a well-established food manufacturing site based in Bendigo is seeking an experiencedProduction Manager to lead daily operations and elevate performance across a highly manual production environment. About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring throughput, quality and safety targets are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability across the site while driving operational improvements in a business looking to scale. Working hours Typically commencing from 6:00am, with flexibility required across shifts when needed. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop production supervisors and frontline teams Oversee daily production activities including labour planning, scheduling and flow management Drive improvements in machine and equipment efficiency, reducing downtime, waste and unplanned stops Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP and food safety standards About You Proven experience in a Production Manager or senior production leadership role Background within food manufacturing (meal prep experience highly regarded) Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems Comfortable being hands-on and highly visible on the factory floor To apply online, please click on the apply function.
