About the Role: We are partnering with a highly regarded professional organisation to recruit a proactive and polished Program Delivery Coordinator. This role is responsible for delivering seamless events, courses, and initiatives, ensuring an exceptional experience for members, clients, and guests. You will act as the key point of contact throughout program delivery, combining event coordination, customer experience, and operational support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, courses, and initiatives Manage participant communications, registrations, and program materials Act as the primary contact for members, clients, and guests Host and support both in-person and virtual sessions Respond to enquiries and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Maintain records, process invoices, and support admin functions Conduct site visits and support WHS compliance Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience: 3 years’ experience in events, customer experience, or stakeholder-facing roles Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident presenting and hosting skills High attention to detail and problem-solving capability Experience with administrative and invoicing processes Ability to work both independently and within a team About the Company: Our client is a well-established organisation operating within a professional services environment.
