The Company A major Australian manufacturing and distribution group with a large international footprint is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant. At the forefront of their specialised market, this business has scaled globally and now operates in 100 countries worldwide. The Role This is a high-impact role, sitting at the centre of group finance, with ownership of consolidations across multiple international entities and exposure to senior leadership. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely group reporting, while also providing insights to support business perform. Key Responsibilities Lead group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies. Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with accounting standards. Deliver month-end close including journals, reconciliations & reporting. Provide variance analysis and insights to support decision-making. Partner with international finance teams (UK, Europe, Asia). Support internal and external audit processes. Drive process improvements across reporting and finance operations. Support cashflow reporting and banking relationships. About You CA/CPA qualified (or near completion). Experience in group reporting and multi-entity consolidations. Exposure to international operations highly regarded. Strong Excel and ERP system experience. Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded. Confident stakeholder engagement skills.
