About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on and commercially focused Management Accountant position. You will act as a key finance partner to site-based operations, providing both financial and management accounting support across the division. This role will see you embedded within the business, working closely with operational teams, with regular travel across regions to support manufacturing and operational sites. Key Responsibilities Preparation of P&L statements and Balance Sheet in line with corporate ASX requirements Partner with site-based stakeholders on operational and financial performance Attend and support monthly stocktakes across manufacturing sites Site visits to review processes, governance and controls Coordinate and deliver weekly profit forecasts Support and contribute to the annual budgeting process Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and compliance requirements (including FBT) Work closely with auditors during financial and internal audits, implementing recommendations Provide financial input into capital expenditure proposals and Board papers Support ad hoc reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives The Successful Candidate Will Have CA/CPA qualification with a relevant degree in Finance or Accounting Proven experience in a similar Management or Financial Accountant role, ideally within manufacturing or a site-based environment Chartered first movers looking to make their first move into industry will be highly regarded Experience working within a fast paced envrionment or ASX listed business will be beneficial Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with operational stakeholders Excellent communication and influencing skills across a broad stakeholder group Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy A positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Key business partnering role with strong exposure to operations Opportunity to work across multiple sites and influence performance Supportive leadership team with a collaborative culture Career development opportunities within a well-established ASX-listed organisation Competitive salary package bonus Hybrid - 1 day work from home flexibility Apply Now If you’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to operations and driving real business outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
