Site Manager job, $14M & $16M Developments, 2 different projects, 1 North & 1 South Sunshine Coast! Your new company A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a leading developer builder from the Sunshine Coast who create exceptional residential developments. Were also recruiting for a similar role for a well-regarded building at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast too. One project is a 40 Townhouse development, the other a Social Housing Unit development with 3 stories. With a commitment to quality and innovation, both companies have successfully delivered numerous projects throughout QLD, now is the time to join them. Your new role Both are stand-alone Site Manager roles with labour hire support. You will be overseeing subcontractors across all elements from the Civil through to turnkey final handover of the residential buildings. You will be called upon for your skills in construction supervision, using Procore to report on the progress and for documentation. You will also oversee safety using Sign on Site with assistance from their safety consultant. What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager, ideally on town houses and/or multi-residential developments, worth $5M or more in build cost. If youre a Foreman ready to step up into a Site Manager role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply. A QBCC Site Supervisors Licence will be required, while candidates with a trade background are preferred. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast. What you'll get in return Salary will be commensurate with experience, while up to $200k is a good indicator. One of our clients is also open to paying candidates who wish to be paid to their own company via ABN if preferred.
