We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing tiles on walls and floors across residential and/or commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Carry out measurements and calculations and/or read and interpret plans and specifications. Apply levelling procedures for the correct and accurate set-out of building components and/or repair and prepare different substrates for wall and floor tiling applications. Accurately cut and lay tiles on the levelled surface. Handle sorting, stacking, distribution, and disposal of wall and floor tiling products, materials, and components, and/or use tools for specific applications and/or fix floor and mosaic tiles. Manage project sites and supervise other tilers’ work. Schedule and allocate tilers as per the progress and workloads of each project site, if required. Manage and maintain the inventory of the business and order materials as required. Provide training for junior tilers or apprentices. Communicate with other managers on site. Report and update the director on the progress of each project daily. Carry out any other administrative work as required. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a tiler or 1 year of experience with a relevant qualification. Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings High attention to detail and quality workmanship Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks White Card (Construction Induction Card) Driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
