Permanent, Full-time | $97,312.49 - $112,750.82 12% superannuation | Hurstville About the Role This pivotal leadership role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high‑quality administrative, corporate and business support services that enable the Assets and Infrastructure Directorate to operate efficiently and effectively. Leading a dedicated team, the role oversees a broad range of functions including correspondence and customer requests, business and performance reporting, website content and factsheets, procurement and grant administration, permits, and depot scheduling support. With a strong focus on process improvement, governance and service excellence, the Team Leader - Assets and Infrastructure Business Support ensures systems, procedures and records are well‑managed, compliant and continually strengthened to support Council’s strategic objectives. As a people leader, this role inspires, mentors and develops the Business Support team to achieve high performance and a strong customer‑focused culture. It drives positive change, supports staff through clear expectations and timely feedback, and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and organisational development partners to build capability across the directorate. The role will promote Council’s values through transparent decision‑making, ethical conduct and collaboration, ensuring the team makes a meaningful contribution to quality outcomes for the community and the organisation.
