This role requires deep technical expertise, strong solution design capability, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver secure and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Implement and manage Dataverse as the core data platform Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for business process automation Lead data migration from SharePoint Lists to Dataverse ensuring data quality and consistency Apply governance, security roles, and access controls across the platform Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions Create detailed technical documentation including solution design and data models Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support Required Skills & Experience (Key Highlights) 8–12 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform Hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Strong experience with Dataverse and data modelling Proficiency in Power Automate (workflow automation & integrations) Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Strong experience in data migration (SharePoint to Dataverse preferred) Knowledge of security, governance, and access control in Power Platform Strong solution architecture and consulting experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Mandatory Requirement Candidates are required to submit a concise one-page pitch that clearly demonstrates how you are experience, technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, and consulting capabilities align with the specified selection criteria, including solution design, stakeholder engagement, and communication proficiency.
