Description Define and own the end-to-end data architecture for Duck Creek-centric ecosystems, spanning ingestion, transformation, semantic layers, and consumption. Architect data flows for Duck Creek Clarity reporting and operational data extraction from Duck Creek systems. Design scalable Snowflake solutions: schemas, warehouses, clustering, micro-partitioning strategy, data sharing, and cost/performance optimization. Build and oversee robust pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ingestion/orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, retries, and alerting. Define and implement data quality rules, monitoring, and remediation processes (DQ scorecards, exception handling). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Manage data integration, migration, and transformation processes across multiple platforms. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in data architecture. Profile A successful Data Architect should have: Proven expertise in designing and implementing data architectures in insurance industry. Strong knowledge of data modelling, integration, and database management systems. Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake technologies Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
