SAP Cutover Manager – 6 Month Contract Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a large-scale upgrade program. This is a 6-month contract based in Melbourne, offering a hybrid working arrangement . The Role You will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a complex SAP upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition into go-live. This is a highly visible role working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and schedule Coordinate cutover activities across multiple streams including Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Lead cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and readiness assessments Manage dependencies, risks, and critical path activities Work closely with business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure alignment Oversee go-live execution and provide post-go-live support coordination About You Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large transformation or upgrade programs Strong understanding of multi-stream SAP environments (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain) Ability to manage complex dependencies and senior stakeholders Experience delivering cutover within tight timelines and high-pressure environments Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills What’s on Offer High-impact role on a major SAP upgrade program Collaborative environment with senior stakeholders Hybrid working model based in Melbourne If you’re an experienced Cutover Manager looking to take ownership of a critical phase in a large SAP program, we’d love to hear from you.
