Discover Your Next Role As a Mobile Plant Operator / HR Truck driver at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll be responsible for carting of bagasse, ensuring its efficient transportation to designated areas following sugarcane processing. Additionally, the position requires loading the sugar train, cleaning bagasse or sugar products and facilitating their distribution along with other mobile plant operations. This position is for the 2026 Crushing Season at Invicta Mill, where the roles operate on a 12-hour rotating shift which runs from June until late December. Your Role in Action Bagasse Carting Loading the sugar train Operating other mobile plant as required Completion of check sheets, service, and cleaning of equipment Reporting of equipment faults and damage/incidents General Mill Worker duties ie. Assists digging chokes, cleaning, assisting tradesmen etc. Carry out other duties as required by Supervisor.
