In this role, you will support track, bridge, and civil construction and maintenance activities, including earthworks, track laying, and the operation of maintenance equipment. As a Cane Rail Labourer, you will be part of a close-knit rail team, taking on hands-on tasks. This role may entail working beyond standard hours, including weekends, as necessary, offering an opportunity to increase earnings. Your Role in Action Managing a small Gang of Personal Maintenance & Construction- Hands-on work in the field Derailment Response Champions- Support and assist during derailments across the region Your Winning Combination We are seeking candidates with experience in civil construction, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a keen focus on safety.
