The Role This role will see you managing complex and sophisticated matters involving: Complex Estate Planning: Drafting and advising on sophisticated Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. High Net Worth Advisory: Partnering with High Net Worth individuals and owner-managed businesses to protect and transition family wealth. Trust Law Mastery: Advising on complex family trust issues, asset protection, and tax-effective structuring. End-to-End Succession: Strategic business succession planning and deceased estate administration. About You Our client is looking for a motivated lawyer with a sharp technical mind and a client-focused heart. Ideally, you will have: 2 years plus paespecialising in estate planning and/or private advisory. Technical Excellence: A sound understanding of trust law and the tax implications of estate structures (advantageous, but not necessary).
