This role exists to make sure documents, instructions, and communication are handled properly, so solicitors can focus on providing clear legal advice and progressing matters efficiently. What you’ll do: This is a structured work environment where getting the details right matters. Prepare legal correspondence and standard documents with care and accuracy Maintain organised up-to-date legal files using our in-house systems Record client instructions clearly and track the progress of matters Produce reports and invoices that support legal work Speak with clients and stakeholders by phone and email Provide dependable administrative support to the legal team What you’ll bring: You don’t need legal experience, we’ll teach you what you need to know.
