Senior Change Specialist - 6 month contract Your New Company You will be part of a large, complex global organisation undertaking a significant transformation of its project delivery capability. The program is implementing a new global project delivery system across three economic regions, supporting approximately 8,500 users worldwide and involving the migration of around 70,000 active projects.In addition to the core system implementation, the broader program includes multiple initiatives such as enhanced project delivery learning, rostering improvements, and updates to enterprise-wide standards, processes and ways of working. This is a fast-paced, high-impact transformation delivering lasting change across the organisation's global portfolio. Your New Role As Senior Change Specialist, you will play a key role in driving change and adoption activities for the rollout of the new project delivery system. Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will focus on delivering tactical, practical change interventions that ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared and supported throughout each implementation release.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including learning, communications, content management and support teams to translate change impacts into actionable materials and ensure a smooth transition for end users before, during and after go-live. What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience supporting large-scale system implementations in complex, fast-moving environments. You will demonstrate: Proven experience in change management for large system or digital transformation programs, ideally within global or multi-region environments Strong capability in conducting and maintaining change impact assessments and translating impacts into clear actions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Experience working across cross-functional delivery teams and supporting release-based implementations Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR (or equivalent) Ability to create clear, concise communications and high-quality visual presentations aligned to brand and corporate standards Experience in consulting or advisory environments (highly advantageous) Strong organisational skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing contexts A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong influencing and collaboration skills What You'll Get in Return In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile global transformation program with meaningful business impact.
