Test Lead | Healthcare Environment | Kronos to UKG Pro Imp. Brisbane or Gold Coast office location | Hybrid – Office / WFH Market Rates | 6 month contract extensions | ASAP start Overview We are seeking a Test Lead to support a critical UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation within a large healthcare environment. This role will lead end-to-end testing across the program, ensuring system quality and business readiness for Day 1 operations, including time & attendance and payroll. A strong focus will be placed on aligning testing activities with system delivery (configuration, integrations, and data migration). Key Focus Areas Lead and deliver execution-focused test strategy aligned to program milestones Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, and pre-go-live validation Translate system functionality (rostering, pay rules, approvals, time capture) into structured test scenarios and business validation Coordinate test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting across multiple workstreams Support business readiness by ensuring critical processes are validated ahead of go-live Engage frontline hospital staff, including clinical and nursing cohorts, during UAT phases Work closely with technical, integration, and vendor teams to ensure quality across system design and deployment Experience Proven Test Lead experience on complex transformation programs Experience with UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Management highly desirable Strong background in HRIS, payroll, or workforce system testing Experience testing integrations and data migration, including reconciliation and validation Experience in healthcare environments, particularly with frontline workforce cohorts Experience managing SIT/UAT cycles and supporting Day 1 operational readiness Exposure to large-scale SaaS implementations Like to know more?
