This is an opportunity to support the implementation of UniSuper’s Private Markets strategy by contributing to high‑quality investment analysis and long‑term value creation for members. The role As an Investment Analyst, Private Markets, you will support the origination, execution and ongoing management of direct and fund investments across the portfolio. You will work closely with the Private Markets team to deliver robust analysis, reporting and insights. Develop and maintain financial models for direct private market investments Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and divestments, including financial and valuation analysis Support active asset and portfolio management, performance monitoring and reporting Prepare investment recommendations and materials for internal committees and stakeholders Generate and present investment ideas and research across relevant sectors Collaborate with other asset class teams within Investments About you You are an experienced investment analyst with a strong foundation in private markets investing and financial analysis. You bring a proactive, detail‑oriented approach and communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders. 3–5 years’ experience in private markets, funds management, investment banking or professional services Strong financial modelling capability and ability to synthesise commercial insights Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Highly analytical with strong quantitative and technology skills Self‑motivated, detail‑focused and able to work autonomously and in teams Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications (e.g. CA or CFA) What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
