JOB DESCRIPTION Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Sydney team. This role sits at the center of how learning happens across the business. You will own the coordination and execution of L&D programs in the region, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants. In a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of L&D—making sure programs run smoothly, stakeholders are aligned, and learning initiatives are delivered effectively at scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their L&D career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to develop in the field. You will work closely with L&D and HR partners locally and globally, gaining exposure to program delivery, learning technologies, and the broader learning strategy. What You Will Do LD Operations & Coordination Own the end-to-end coordination of training sessions, workshops, speaker series, and learning events Manage scheduling, communications, logistics, and participant experience to ensure seamless delivery Partner with internal teams (e.g., facilities, technology, employee experience) to support training setup and delivery Manage the internal Learning Management System (LMS) for APAC, including user support and data accuracy Manage program calendars, registrations, attendance tracking, and evaluation processes Maintain and update internal content platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) Track and reconcile L&D-related expenses, including training and conference costs Program Support & Execution Support facilitators before, during, and after sessions to ensure high-quality delivery Prepare materials, manage virtual and in-person learning environments, and troubleshoot issues in real time Ensure all training materials (e.g. PowerPoint decks, handouts) are visually engaging, consistent, and aligned with company branding standards Contribute to the rollout of global and regional learning initiatives Ensure a consistent and professional learner experience across all programs Stakeholder & Vendor Support Act as a key point of contact for participants, internal stakeholders, and external vendors Coordinate closely with HR, L&D partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution Build strong working relationships to support efficient and effective program delivery Development & Growth Take on increasing ownership of learning initiatives and coordination processes over time Contribute to content updates, eLearning module development, resource curation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences Support small-scale L&D projects and build foundational project management capability Gain exposure to program design, learning strategy, and global L&D practices What You Will Gain Hands-on experience delivering learning programs in a global organization Exposure to learning technologies, including LMS and digital learning tools Opportunities to build project management and stakeholder management skills A clear pathway to grow into broader L&D roles over time What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, program coordination, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Takes ownership of tasks and follows through reliably Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong technical aptitude and interest in learning new tools (e.g., LMS, databases, MS Office, AI tools, eLearning development technology) Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders Demonstrated curiosity and interest in learning and development Experience in the creation of eLearning modules would be preferred, but not essential Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion) What’s in it for you Our flat hierarchy enables you to drive meaningful impact, by leveraging your expertise and taking ownership.
