About the Opportunity In this highly people centred role, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, families, carers and internal teams while coordinating activities, events and community engagement initiatives. You will provide clear information, resolving concerns with empathy and promoting services that enhance wellbeing. I Additionally, you will manage essential administrative and compliance requirements to ensure high quality, coordinated service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Supporting residents with informed decision making, independence and future planning. Planning and delivering activities and engagement opportunities that build connection and enhance wellbeing. Responding to resident concerns and minor disputes, escalating issues where appropriate. Promoting ECH services that help residents achieve their goals and maintain independence. About You You’re an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and support others. You are confident working with residents and families, navigating sensitive conversations and providing guidance with empathy and professionalism. You bring strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You take pride in delivering high quality outcomes and representing ECH’s values in every interaction. Essential Relevant experience in client support, case management or community engagement National Police Check Current Driver’s Licence Desirable Certificate IV Ageing Support, or a related qualification deemed suitable for the role.
